Wachovia
Bank, N.A.
Have you been victimized by Wachovia Bank's unlawful business
practices?
Wachovia, without disclosure to its clients who
maintain or maintained savings or other similar accounts at Wachovia
Bank or any of its predecessors-in-interest including First Union
Bank and CoreStates, charged a fee based upon purported
lack of activity in such accounts during the period October
1, 1997 to the present. The Banks benefit from such contractual
relationships by investing members' deposited funds, including
accrued interest, and earning a return thereupon greater than the
Banks cost of funds. The Banks retain these funds as well
as the interest from investing them.
In most instances, members of this Class are unaware that
claims exist on their behalf. The Class is so numerous
as to make it impractical to bring all members before the court.
On a Class-wide basis, the total damages are in an amount
that makes litigation financially feasible.
If you are a member during this Class-action period, you
may be entitled to repayment. The
Law Office of Ann Miller, LLC, an AV rated firm, has been highly
successful with these claims. The firm's nationwide practice focuses
on class actions, corporate, consumer, commercial and employment
litigation.
